How do I place an order?
First you can choose the items you want to purchase by clicking on the 'Buy' button, which will add them to the basket. The basket will show stock levels and the delivery cost.
To place an order you will need to register or log in to the web site. Once registered or logged in you can place an order by selecting 'Checkout' in the basket. The checkout will give you an order summary and payment options.
How do I register?
If you are a new customer it is necessary to register with the web site. You will need to enter a current email address, card holders details and delivery details. A password is required to store your details and retrieve them for future orders.
How do I log in?
If you have previously registered, please enter the email and password you used on registration.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or PayPal. Cards accepted are American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, Solo and UK Maestro. Laser cards are currently not accepted, sorry.
How secure are my card details?
Card payments are made through Sage Pay, part of The Sage Group PLC. Payment using Sage Pay is quick and secure, we do not retain your card details.
Sage Pay is fully approved as a Level 1 compliant provider under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is the highest level of compliance that can be achieved.

Where do you ship from? Is there any additional Duty / VAT?
Orders are shipped direct from our UK warehouse. There are no additional charges levied on orders delivered to UK addresses.
Orders delivered outside of the UK may may be subject to customs processing and additional charges, such as Duty and VAT.
How much does delivery cost?
Select your item and click 'Buy' to add it to the basket, and delivery cost will be shown for your order.
UK delivery costs from £1.99 to £4.99 depending on weight, no extra charge for delivery to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland. The cost of delivery by Courier depends on your location, please log in or register for details.
Delivery costs outside of the UK vary depending on location, order weight and volume. Add the item to the basket and select your delivery country from the drop down.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually despatched by the next working day. You will be sent an email after your order is despatched.
- UK orders by Standard Delivery usually 2 - 5 working days and by Courier Delivery 1 - 2 working days after despatch.
- European orders are usually delivered in 1 - 2 weeks after despatch.
- Orders for the rest of the world are usually delivered in 1 - 8 weeks after despatch.
Can I return an item?
While we are confident you will be delighted with your purchase, if you are unhappy for any reason you may return the goods to us within 14 days of purchase,
- Unwanted Item: these must returned unused in their original packaging and in a resalable condition for a full refund. Returns are at your cost but you can use any service convenient to you, the following companies allow postage to be bought online;
- Damaged / Faulty / Missing or Incorrect Items: please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Is it in stock?
Current stock levels are shown on the web site by selecting the item details or by clicking 'Buy' to add the item to the basket. Stock levels are current and accurate, we store all stock in our own warehouse so we can despatch direct.
Can I order items that are out of stock?
Many items can be back ordered if not in stock, simply click 'Buy' to add to the basket and place your order as normal. If your order contains in and out of stock items, you will be given the option of paying more to have the in stock items despatched immediately.
Can I collect my order?
No, we don't have a show room or counter facilities.
Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes, gift voucher are available for values from £1 to £500 and can be sent as either an email or printed voucher. More information on how to buy a voucher from our site is available on our

Do you accept orders from other businesses, or Nurseries and Schools?
We accept orders from all businesses. We only accept Purchase Orders for orders over £100, otherwise please use the web site to place your order.

No, we don't produce a catalogue, we keep the web site up to date with new items and products.
